At Pokemon4Ever, we want you to love your trainer gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
